This new estate, landscape installation included a hillside-terraced edible garden, bocce ball courts, native plantings, fruit trees, redwood retaining walls and staircase, boulders, crushed-granite paved surfaces, and irrigation smart controllers that use ET technologies. Sustainable strategies included organic certified soil compost in all planting areas, low-water volume irrigation system design, and FSC harvested lumber.
